It actually makes your lips appear to be FULLER! If you are trying to get plumper lips you can use a lip plumper that you can buy right out of a beauty supply store or CVS pharmacy, Walgreens or Walmart in the make up section. Yes, it does.


If you use a liner that is a tiny, tiny bit darker..First, outline your lips, then add lipstick, finally use a lighter gloss on the middle of the bottom lip. This will make the light shine on your lips, making then appear larger. You could even add a little glitter if you can handle all of that on your lips. But only use the glitter trick for special occasions, otherwise it's too much.

Well, actually a tad bit darker, and than putting a highlighter (really light shimmery shadow) right around your lips (with a Q tip) makes them look.....*WOW*!!!! I'm serious, and, you don't even have to wear lip plumping gloss or lipstick if you don't want to!! =]





That is what I do and it works amazingly!! I actually put concealor on to make my lips less red, in addition to what I said above.

Outline your lips (just outside of them) with lip liner then fill in with lipstick. It does make the appearance of your lips bigger.
I think it looks ridiculous and it makes people look like a chonga :)
