i would use ';d'finer d'liner'; from benefit because its a colorless liner with ';gilded'; which is a lip highlighter also from benefit, found at macys
Match your lipliner to your natural lip colour. That way, when your lipstick wears off, you won't be left with a weird coloured outline and bare lips.
No lipliner is actually the best way to go. Just apply a sheer, soft lipstick and put a shiny clear or coordinated gloss over it. Or just use gloss. :)

No one uses lip liner any more, try using a skin shade lighter lipgloss .
So, just so I'm clear, you're going for lighter lips? Go for a light shade of lipstick, and go for a lipliner in the same color family, but one shade darker. The reason to go for one shade darker is to give your lips more definition. Do not go for a completely different color (i.e. caramel colored lipstick and brown lipliner), because then you look like you let a 4 year old do it for you. :-)
OK DONT USE LIP LINER CUZ IT WILL MAKE IT WORSE AND YA I WOULD JUST USE A LIGHTER LIP GLOSS
