I have full lips that are also curvy (the top lip). I like the idea of wearing lip liner, but I end up looking like The Joker. How do I apply it, and should I wear gloss or lipstick?Should I wear lip liner or not?
lip liner are used to make your lips look fuller and bigger.
i sugges u not to use it..
instead, stick to lipgloss or chapstick!
