I've seen it on many people..and if done over the top I think it looks tacky..what do you thinkIs overlapping your lip liner tacky?
I agree with you, it's tacky. Sometimes fashion magazines will tell you to overlap it to make your lips look bigger, but that is just bad, bad advice. It's best to make the most of what you have instead of trying to fake what you don't.Is overlapping your lip liner tacky?
I personally just don't like the look of lip liner. If you wear the exact same color as your own lips, or of the gloss you're wearing, just to keep it from bleeding, that's OK. But I can't stand the ';coloring book lip'; look. My advice: try to find ways to make the lips you've got work for you, instead of trying to draw them in bigger.
Well it depends on the colour of the lip liner,
If it matches your natural lip colour or the colour of your lips when your wearing gloss or lipstick then it's fine if it's done properly (:
But badly applied lip liner or the wrong colour?

you should pick a lip liner that is the color of your lips, fill in your lips entirely with the liner, then, put lipstick or gloss over that. Lip liner is supposed to make your lipstick stay longer.
it is deff tacky if you don't do it right but if you have the knowledge to do it right it looks good
If it is slightly done with a color that Matches your lips..then it could look good because it would make your lips look fuller, otherwise it would look like tacky 80's lip liner, and that's not sexy at all!
I think so.
I need help.

If it is done right, it won't look so tacky.
Lip liner its self is tacky
