you know, there is so much hype about them and they were one of the best sellers when i was working at sephora, but i wasnt all that impressed. i find them to be much stickier than a lot of other lines. theyre also kind of a rip off. 20 bucks for a lip gloss?! the gloss i am in love with right now is actually by cover girl, so if you try that instead itll save ya some coinage. its called amazemint lip gloss and it has peppermint in it that feels cool and tingly and freshens breath and the colors are actually really beautiful (theres a pinky-purple one that looks good on literally everyone)

I just don't agree when ppl say that you're too ';young';. Personally, I think it depends on your face type. You say that you look old for your age. That's okay. Nobody is going to say you're too young to wear makeup if you don't look young to begin with. If you had a 9 year old's face, that's a whole different story. Eyeliner is ok. But not too much! If you put too much eyeliner on, it'll be too dark and you'll look like a tramp. A little eyeliner will define your features and yes, make you look a little older. Mascara will add length and volume to our eyelashes. If you have long eyelashes, don't wear cuz you'll look like you have a spider for an eye. Only apply about two coats. Anymore, and you'll have clumps and weird looking eyelashes. Lipgloss is for any age. :) And ur right foundation is stupid. If you have pimples, then go to your doctor and he/she will prescribe medication for you. 12 years old is too young for wearing all that stuff.
A clean, fresh skin with basic make-up is better looking than a lot of make-up.
Anyways, looking young or old is not important. What is important you should look fresh, clean, natural and comfortable and fit.
You don't need make-up. Accept yourself for what you are. Eat a balanced diet with a lot of water. Exercise regularly. And be confident.
I hate to say this but you are still a kid, and a 12-year old should not be using it.. Once you wear makeup, people will become accustomed to seeing you with it, and so will you. You have plenty of time to grow up. Don't rush it.

For lips, a very light red makes any highlights in the hair stick out. Using a lipGLOSS intead of lipstick makes lips looks shiny and nice. Lipstick makes them look and feel chapped. For blush, a light color is acceptable. Make sure that you don't use a dark red...it makes you look overdone and played up. Gray clothing also plays the color of your eyes and makes them really pop. I've tried it before and it worked the same as a lip liner. I was going out and wanted a dramatic look and I blended it slightly with a colored lipstick. It was definitley a dramatic look. Personally I wouldn't want it for everyday make-up but it was nice for the club scene. I didn't use it to make my lips BLACK . It was to create a darker contrast. and make the lipstick pop a little. It was not a heavy dark outline but a blended look.

Yes it's perfectly fine. But make sure that you smudge it in well, and dab off any excess from your skin. This should stop it from running. Although to be honest, there shouldn't be any probs with it running anyway, as eyeliner is designed to stay put, and is probably even less likely to bleed than lip liner.
I've used brown eyeliners on my lips loads of times, and they usually work just as well!
Like someone's already mentioned, make sure you moisturize your lips first, as eyeliner doesn't have the same moisturizing properties that most lipliners have.
If you're after the black lipped look (like in your pic) then there are some great makeup brands that do makeup specifically for goths/emo's
