Is it safe to use eye liner on your lips?

What about lip liner on the eyes? I saw eye makeup remover that said it could also be used on lips, so I'm just curious if liner is interchangeable that way too.Is it safe to use eye liner on your lips?
It's safe to use eyeliner on lips, but not necessarily the reverse. Remember that these products are formulated - and tested - specifically for use on the area of the face they were created for, so any hypoallergenic or other claims don't apply if you use them on a different area of the face. Makeup removers for the eye tend to contain gentle products because the skin around the eye is typically the most sensitive and thin skin on the face. Facial cleansers/makeup removers for the rest of the face might not be as mild because the skin is thicker on the cheeks, forehead, etc. Whatever you choose to do, it's probably best to test a small bit of makeup on the face where you want to apply it to make sure that you're not sensitive to it first. Is it safe to use eye liner on your lips?
it really doesn't matter. its both the same thing
yes it is i use it all the time as alip liner it lasts all day long
yes it is safe i have done it before.
Yes it is safe either way.
Yeah, it's safe either way. It's basically the same ingredients with most brands. If you doubt it, just compare to ingredients list and that'll be the safiest way to check, because I am not 100% postive, although I've used them interchangably before. It could all depend on how sensitive your eyes or skin are. The only difference usually, though, is the colors.
It's safe.
Of course its safe. Thats pretty much common sense, no offense. Its the same with lip liner, you could use that for eyeliner. I've done it before....
why not!
Yeah, eyeliner on your lips is fine, I'm not so sure about lip liner on your eyes, though.
i think its safe to used
