What is lip liner? what is a good brand? how do you put it on?

Lip liner is similar to an eye liner but it is for the outline of your lips. You outline your lips and then apply your lipstick. It is best to use a color that is as close to your lip color as possible. Basically what it does is prevent your lip color from feathering and will gives your lips a cleaner looking line. There are many, many brands. There are inexpensive ones like Wet N Wild and then there are expensive ones like Chanel. I would say lip-liner is not really fashionable. You need it only if you want to have full-lips or use Strong colors which are out of fashion too... i would rec. nude colors to you, they look natural and make ur lips look great,not depending on the shape of your lips. Or if you`re not a huge lipstick fan, use lip-gloss...easy and beautiful...try l`oreal, max-factor or estee lauder (juicy tubes-it`s absolutely fantastic)What is lip liner? what is a good brand? how do you put it on?
a lip color to out line your lips, the best kind is the AVON liner, pick your fav color, and apply it along the outline of your lips, put on some gloss and wala!

closest to your lip color its used so your lipstick doesn't bleed, any brand is fine, high priced are MAC, clinique, sephora, ect but you can use revlon, maybelline, cover girl put it on the permiter of your lips and blend with lipstick
lip liner is a pencil to line ur lips, good brand would be new york color lip liner, you line the outer line of ur lips with lipliner
Lip liner is the bomb-you need to find a color that suits your face, colors your wearing and shade of lipstick or gloss your about to use. Make sure you stay on the line of your lip when your applying it, then you can use your pinky to kinda blend it in-then use gloss or lipstick-Good luck!
It gives some volume to the lips. You need to appy this on your lip line. There are thousands of good brands, but I suggest Prestige. It is inexpensive and the colors are great.

lip liner just outlines your lips to make them stand out more. sometimes people wear it just to keep there lipstick from running. im not sure what a good brand i dont use it personally cause it looks stupid on me. you just outline you lips...not like around you mouth but on the edges of your lips

just like u have eyeliner, u have lipliner, that borders ur lips. i think the best brands are maybeline and revlon. wel, its like a pencil, so it makes it easier for use.
you put it on your lips the outline.a good brand is mac but very expensive. you draw it smoothly on. and make sure it goes with your tone.
Make sure it is the same color of your lipstick.....unless your mexican or puerto rican...... :)
