Don't do it, it fades and most doctors don't put it on the right places, so it makes your lips look huge, but not in a good way. %26lt;3Permanent lip liner?
I knew one who did black then it turns out to be violet. Her lips looked like she had heart problems... CREEPY!
My mom's friend had it done and they kind of went outside the lines of her mouth, and now she looks like the Joker.
Also, she says that she can only use one color lipstick now, because the rest don't match the lip liner tattoo.
Don't do it!!!!!!
