How to apply lip liner ?

ok so i went make up shopping today and instead of picking up 2 lots of eyeliner


i pick up lip liner instead


so i just want to know how to apply it to my potential


if you want to look up the colour it is rimmel london indain pink lip liner


if it helps i normally wear a light pink lipgloss also rimmel london (sweet jelly moreish)


all help greatly apprectiated


also does lip liner sometimes look tacky
