I say MAC. I don't use lip liner but my friends all use MAC liners and they look wonderful. ;)Whats a good lip liner brand?
MAC, hands down.
MAC Makeup is great and they have awesome lip liners in different colors.
already been said but mac is the best. Urban decay is good too. With these brands u deffo get what u pay for, whatever colour u choose i bet u will look fab!!
