Lip liner help!?

can u put on lip liner with lip gloss or does it have to be lip liner with lipstick. if u can do lip liner with lip gloss, can u tell me how much it costs and which brand is best to get? thank you so much!!Lip liner help!?
You can do lip liner with either lip gloss or lipstick. An you can get a nice look for pretty cheap. Stop by walmart and check out the selection of glosses and liners. Just remember it is best to use a color that is only a shade or two darker than your actual lip color.Lip liner help!?

You can use lip liner with gloss :-) You may have to do a little blending if you don't want as bold of a line (if you're wearing clear-ish gloss for instance.) For me there's no real difference in brands when it comes to liner - the price range is huge depending where you shop. They can be harder or softer texture, so you have to see what you like. There are some that come as a liner on one end and gloss at the other too. I'd suggest just trying a drugstore brand first and see how you like it, and go from there.
yes it does help because it helps u stay in the lines and makes ur lips fuller.
