What is the purpose for lip liner? What is supposed to do on your lips? Is it to make them look fuller? thnxLip Liner question!!!!!!!!?
It is suppose to seal in your lipstick, keep it from running outside of the lip line. IF you choose to wear lip liner, make sure and choose a color that is as neutral or close to your skin tone as possible, because your lipstick will wear off during the day, and you will be left with a crazy looking line around your lips.Lip Liner question!!!!!!!!?
It's to exaggerate the shapes of your lips. When you apply lipstick, the liner gives a more precise look so you know where to apply. I don't suggest trying to edit your lips with the liner, because it will be very obvious. Pick a liner that has a very close shade to the lipstick you're using. Then, choose one that is a little darker than lighter. Less is more- don't put too much on or it will be very noticeable. Use a little to frame your mouth, the lipstick should be most important- not the liner. AND never use black- NEVER.

make sure the colour is just a hint darker than your lipstick and if you wear gloss over it that it desn't leak out. ewww
Well you can use lip liner to change the shape of your lips or just use it to like them so that your lipstick looks sharper, more exact.
its helps to make them look afuller and also makes our lipstick last longer. just make sure u don't over line them and that the liner matches the lipstick.
well i necassecarily dont like it unless its the same tone as ur lip gloss/stick cuz no one looks good with black lined lips its scary
