Whats a good ey/lip liner?

I want crazy colored eyeliner like red,green,black,blue-etc..





And lip liner i just want a LIGHT-no really pink but caramels,browns,etc..





Any Idea what a good brand is?

Theres a place in America that do weird color eye liner.


I've heard boots do have a range.





Rimmel do good liquid eyeliner and eye pencil.
Hot Topic has really good eyeliner. They also come in tons of different colors. Some of them even have sparkles. Yay! It does smear eventually but it does last longer than any of the eyeliners that i've used.
