they have some plastic surgeons who do it with lasers, but i suggest you don't do it. my girlfriend did and it looks worse. she went to one of the best places around.
Personally, I think lip liner alone looks bad anyway. It always looks like you forgot the rest.
Laser removal is possible and can take many sessions. Be sure you only go to someone who has done these before. If it is fairly new, you might want to try out someone who is very experienced in saline removal. Check around - www.spcp.org
Sorry, you may be stuck as a laser may not work so well with the pigments in the lips. It will fade somewhat over time.... Go get a derm consult
