Do women still wear lip liner or is that trend out?

As long as you wear a light colour and apply it correctly it will look quite classy but you must make sure you use a similar colour lipstick. Don't use bright reds or bright pinks as they are the types of colours that don't look good.

my favorite lip liner is this one-http://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/templates/鈥?/a>

Have fun experimenting with different colours!Do women still wear lip liner or is that trend out?
Yeah, i do sometimes.

I put on vaseline, outline my lips (lightly) and colour it in and then put on lipgloss over it.

The vaseline makes it glide on easier, and my sister does the same, except she puts on either lipstick or lip gloss in the same colour as her lip liner.Do women still wear lip liner or is that trend out?
lots of people wear it but they dont wear it so dark that people can see it and it looks noticable. Now they keep it light and soft. Most people use lip liner so they can see wear your lips end and skin starts and so the lip stick wont bleed out of the lip area.
i wear it sometimes, but i wear it as lipstick..i line my lips and then blend it to cover my lips..to me its subtle color without overwelming my lips with color like lipstick does
Lip liner can work as long as it is not used alone.

If the liner matches with the lipstick, it can look very nice.

Otherwise, it looks crappy.
Yesss

Some girls still wear lip liner but sometimes it looks trashy

so if you do wear it make sure you wear it so that it looks good and not trashy :)
YES.It helps lipstick last longer if applied correctly.Line your lips then fill them in with the liner. And make sure the lipstick matches please :)
umm if you have small scrawny lips and want them to look bigger. but really i think its white trash expically when the lip linner and lip stick dont match!!!!
Some do, but it's no longer 'in' and it's not a don't if you don't wear it.
It's still in..but it should be blended in and not noticeable.
pam anderson still does
