Can you fill in your entire lip with lip liner? or will it look like crap lol?

Or can i just draw a line in the center, then smudge it around, so i can just change the color a bit?

the color will actually stay on longer if you put it all over your lips, but you have to know how to do it, don't over do it. Just line the lips as usual then if you just put tiny light dots or lines on your lips thenjust dab at it with your finger, I actually put a lil lipchap on before I rub in the colour cuz then it looks glossy and stays on longer
Actually make-up artists recommend filling in your lips with the lip liner than applying your lipstick or lip gloss over it. The lip liner will make the lip color last longer.
as long as its not a dark color itll look fine..like if its a light pink/berry red then it would look fine. outline ur lips and just put some dots in the middle and smudge it. and then put some sheer gloss or something over
no it will fade and make your lips dry then it will just look silly i think just sticking to lip stick or gloss will be better
