Certain lip liners can be applied to the eyes, but it is not advised for all. I've definitely done it before though. Particular pigments may cause reactions when applied to the skin around the eye. I remember when the red MAC creme blush came out the beauty advisors behind the counter could wear it on their eyelids, but were not allowed to apply it to the eyelids of clients in case it caused a reaction. Red is a particularly tricky pigment. However, if you don't have very sensitive skin and you don't generally have reactions to makeup, go for it.Can lip liner be used as eye liner ?
