yes. especially if you have small lips, lip liner will make your lips pop.Would you suggest wearing lip liner?
On a daily basis, I wouldnt suggest lip liner because it gives you an un-natural lip look. But if you were to wear lipstick, you could consider if that type of lipstick tends to bleed. And if you are still interested in wearing lip liner, buy the nude or clear colour kinds! They are sold in those colours and therefore it wont show up as much on your lips. You could make it even more natural by using the lip liner to fill in your lips gently to give it an even look.Would you suggest wearing lip liner?
Lip liner is not the way to go. it looks tacky and unattractive. but if you do decide you really must wear some, please don't wear clear gloss with it because that is the worst. although a color really similar to the liner would do some good.

No it always looks silly to me, on anyone. It's much better to just use lipstick by itself.
Um if you want a glow to ur lips try using nude lip liner.
