Do you think it looks good when girls wear there lip liner outside there lip line?

I have seen some not many girls do this. I don't think it looks right what do you think? I guess they do it to make there lips look fuller.Do you think it looks good when girls wear there lip liner outside there lip line?
True they do it to make lips look fuller, but it does not look good. They kind of look unkempt.





Instead they shud try lining just on the lip egde and use a gloss to make lips look bigger than they are.Do you think it looks good when girls wear there lip liner outside there lip line?
You have to be very subtle about this. You can bring your lip liner or lipstick right up to the edge of your lips, but it looks wrong when you go over, especially on the upper lip.





There are other ways to make your lips look fuller. Using a somewhat lighter color of lipstick is the best way. A more glossy look is another.
If it's done right you can barely see if lips are lined outside.


Make sure you use concealer sparingly around mouth before lining lips and dust a bit of powder to set and even out. Then fill in lips with the liner before applying lipstick/gloss.
As long as you're not drawing way up under your nose and down on your chin, you're fine. If you're just lining slightly outside your lips, it can make them look fuller. It depends on the execution if it's gonna look okay.
As long as you have matching lipstick and blend it in. Do it right and it looks good.. but if you are using red lip liner and pink lipstick or gloss, er no.
if it suits them and they've done it in a way thats not dead obvious (like with a purple or bright bright red)





Iv'e not done it myself as my lips are quite full already.

Girls shouldn't even wear lipliner at all.
I don't really like the look of it but I don't really like lip liner at all....
