lots of people wear lip liner.
personally i am a gloss girl, so i never wear it, but people who wear lipstick sometimes use it to outline the lips before applying

i wear a lipliner and put a lipgloss over the top my lips look really full and nice only problem is it rubs of when you eat drink etc so you have to always re apply
Oh my thats a tough question I havnt worn lipliner for about 8 years haha just lip gloss for me.
Personally, I don't wear it. I think it's pointless too! :D
