Has anyone found a good lip-liner that doesn't bleed?

I have a difficult time finding them as I am very fair and no matter what I've tried, the liner AND lipstick always bleed! So frustrated!Has anyone found a good lip-liner that doesn't bleed?
I have the same problem. And I love lipstick, but you need lip liner for it to last longer. The only one I found worked for me to last is MAC lip liners. They go on smooth around the lip so it doesn't mess up, and it goes on nicely on the lips it self, it doesn't make your lips feel dry. For the price, don't kill me on this but I think it's 14.50 USD I use canadian prices thats why I'm not 100%.Has anyone found a good lip-liner that doesn't bleed?
